Spent a wonderful Christmas at this charming place! Loved the fact that it was located in an authentic Filipino neighbourhood, giving me a unique and cultural experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. The facilities were neat and clean, providing me with everything I needed during my stay. , the house-made breakfast was delicious and affordable. this was the perfect place for a peaceful and enjoyable Christmas holiday!
Although I appreciated the historic and traditional ambiance of the place, the room was a bit cramped. The bathroom was small and not well-placed, making it a bit inconvenient to use.

My friend and I had a great stay at La Casita Mercedes. The location was easy to find, and even though our taxi driver got a bit lost, we eventually made it. We were greeted by Bing, who was very welcoming and even brought us water to our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, perfect for the two of us. We also enjoyed the included breakfast, which was prepared by Jena. we had a homely experience and felt well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely recommend this charming little place.

Had a decent Easter break at a traditional guest house. Enjoyed the antique furnishings and architecture, truly evoking the feel of a Caribbean colonial cottage. the staff were really friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was great , easy access to restaurants and cafes. the complimentary coffee and water provided in the kitchen was a lifesaver.
The room we were given was way too small, not enough space for two people to move around comfortably. the bathroom was a bit of an issue too, with less, than, adequate drainage and water supply.
